Ransom key to Sirius Star return

The owners of the hijacked Sirius Star oil tanker face months of negotiations to secure its return, according to experts on pirates operating off Somalia.

But reports on Monday suggested the pirates might lower their ransom demand from $25m ($38m, €29m). They are still on board the vessel, two weeks after it was captured about 450 nautical miles south-east of the coast of Kenya.
