The gender gap: Flexibility is key to happiness

What women want is a puzzle that has provided comedians and wits with abundant material. But in the workforce – where the number of women is rapidly expanding – employers are finding it is an increasingly serious issue.

Research conducted by Everywoman, the online network for women business owners, has shown that there are two recurring themes when it comes to making female staff happier in the workplace – flexibility and feeling valued.
