IRNA, the official Iranian news agency, reported on Wednesday that Iran was to have access to the five Iranians held in Iraq since January by US forces.
The agency quoted an “informed source” that America had bowed to pressure from Iraqi officials and Ashraf Qazi, the Iraq representative of the UN secretary-general.
