Poor nations look for help to feed themselves

Kanayo Nwanze is hoping that the Group of Eight summit will increase his workload dramatically.

As president of the International Fund for Agriculture Development, the United Nations agency in charge of helping poor countries to increase their food output, he has long hoped for the G8 to confirm its shift from food aid to long-term agricultural investment.
