Court to rule on extradition of bomb suspect

Hamdi Issac, the Ethiopian-born Briton suspected of involvement in the July 21 attempted bombings in London, will face an extradition hearing in Rome on August 17, a judge in the Italian capital ruled on Thursday.

The announcement by Judge Domenico Massimo Miceli was made in response to a request from UK police, who want him transferred to Britain for questioning.
