Russian court leaves PwC’s licence in limbo

A Moscow court has decided to leave in force a ruling that PwC Russia had colluded with Yukos, the bankrupt oil company, to produce false audits. The ruling leaves the big four auditor’s licence to operate in Russia still under question.

The Moscow appeal court said it could not continue the hearings because Yukos, the co-defendant, had been liquidated.
