Indiana may signal end of line

Hillary Clinton told supporters after her narrow victory in Indiana on Tuesday that she was moving “full speed on to the White House”.

But the sense of contrived euphoria in her voice and the awkward fixed smiles on the faces of her husband and daughter delivered a starkly different message.
