Wolfowitz loyalists back under spotlight

The ethics investigation engulfing Paul Wolfowitz’s leadership of the World Bank is bringing renewed scrutiny to a handful of appointments made by the president of the bank.

The appointment of a coterie of Republican loyalists as top advisers – including Robin Cleveland and Kevin Kellems – has been a source of constant friction between the former Bush administration hawk and managers and staff.
