GuestInvest, the company that introduced Britain to buy-to-let hotel room investment and owner of the celebrity-favoured hotel Blakes, has gone into administration.

A spokesman for Deloitte said Nick Edwards and Nick Dargan were appointed administrators to GuestInvest Group on Thursday.
