PARIS, Nov 6 - French food group Danone confirmed it expects to achieve 8-10 per cent like-for-like sales growth and an improvement in its operating margin over the medium term despite a challenging short-term market.

The company also expects to grow faster than the market next year, Co-Chief Operating Officer Emmanuel Faber said in a statement on Thursday during an investor seminar.
