One of the most enjoyable parts  of my working with the National Enterprise Academy – the UK’s first school to teach start-up skills – is providing one-on-one mentoring to their students.

For the academy’s recent Pathfinder project, the course tutors suggested that I might like to spend some time with one shy student who might gain some confidence from someone like me, who is relentlessly outgoing.
