Chinese award for Ceibs professor

China veteran Pedro Nueno, executive president of Ceibs in Shanghai, has been presented with the China Friendship Award as part of today’s sixtieth anniversary celebrations of Communist party rule in China. The Friendship Award is China’s highest award for foreign experts who have promoted cooperation between china and other countries and also contributed to China’s economic and social progress. The award was presented to Prof Nueno in The Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

Prof Nueno is both professor of entrepreneurship at Ceibs and professor of entrepreneurial management at Iese Business School in Barcelona. His research interests include management of privatisation, management of technology and innovation and internationalisation. He is the author of ten books.
