Silver Cross, the maker of upmarket prams, is stepping up expansion in the US with a deal to sell pushchairs through more than 260 Babies R Us stores.

Babies R Us, a subsidiary of Toys R Us, will sell the Silver Cross Fizz pushchair, a lightweight stroller designed for babies and toddlers, across its store portfolio.
