Cooking up a deal for Cadbury

Heading the deal team for Kraft Foods, Michael Osanloo has been shuttling between Chicago and London for the past few months as the US food group has evaluated its bid for Cadbury.

The energetic 42-year-old, responsible for Kraft's strategy, will be working closely with boss Irene Rosenfeld and bankers during the next few days ahead of Monday's takeover panel deadline.
