I was very encouraged by the emphasis on technology and education in the recently passed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, but I think it’s just the beginning.

Currently, four of the five largest information technology companies are based in the US. This is an enormous asset that can be leveraged to address the current crisis and, more importantly, position the US as a beacon of opportunity for the sharpest and most ambitious of the world’s citizens.
