Robert Frank
A new exhibition on the Swiss photographer Robert Frank has opened at the Museo di Fotografia Contemporanea, Milan. It draws on the period in which Frank lived in Paris, from 1949 to 1952. On display are 80 photographs that focus on the lives of ordinary Parisians. Promoted by the Essen Folkwang Museum, the exhibition will travel to the Jeu de Paume, Paris, from January until March, and the Nederlands Fotomuseum, Rotterdam, from April to May 2009. The Milan exhibition ends on December 28.
