Prisa ready to extend Digital Plus stake sale

Prisa, Spain's biggest media group, is in talks with other potential investors in Digital Plus, after agreeing last week to sell part of its satellite television business to Telefónica, the telecommunications company.

Juan Luis Cebrián, chief executive of Prisa, which publishes the top-selling El País newspaper, said the process of incorporating outside investors into parts of the group was "ongoing".
