FSA looks into share price rise at White Nile

The Financial Services Authority is investigating the sharp rise in the share price of White Nile, the Aim-listed mining group whose shares surged more than elevenfold in a week.

It is understood the City watchdog is working with the London Stock Exchange, which is keen to establish whether the newly floated company gave out enough information initially.
