HEC in Paris is increasing its links with US business schools through a partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison to develop and teach a real estate programme at HEC. Wisconsin School of Business is one of the leaders in the US in teaching real estate programmes.
The Real Estate Finance course, part of the HEC real estate chair sponsored by Morgan Stanley and Unibail-Rodamco, will begin in spring 2009. It will be taught as part of a certificate in real estate offered to HEC students enrolled in Masters in Management, MBA and Cems programmes.
