Wolverhampton Wanderers owner Steve Morgan has retaken control of Redrow, the housebuilder he founded in 1974 with a £5,000 loan from his father and then quit nine years ago.

Mr Morgan will be appointed as executive chairman while Alan Bowkett, chairman, and Neil Fitzsimmons, chief executive, will be pushed aside.
