Mark Warner, the travel operator best known for its child-friendly holiday packages for affluent professionals, has asked PwC to review a number of approaches from interested parties over a sale of the business.

The shareholders of the privately held company are understood to have asked its long-standing adviser at PwC to “give strategic advice” and review its business plan as they consider more seriously a sale in light of a weaker outlook for the industry this year.
