Shanda Games, China’s leading online gaming company, priced its initial public offering in the US at the top of the range late Thursday despite increasing investor jitters over a potential IPO bubble.
Shanda raised $1.044bn in the deal that was priced at $12.50 per American Depository Share, according to people familiar with the deal, making it the largest US IPO this year so far and the largest-ever US-only IPO out of China.
