Creditors meet over Four Seasons’ fate

Creditors of Four Seasons are meeting on Thursday to discuss the fate of the troubled carehomes company, just three days after a debt restructuring proposal failed to gather sufficient support from lenders.

Hatfield Philips, the “Special servicer” appointed to seek agreement from Four Seasons’ lenders, had issued a deadline of Monday for response to its restructuring plan that would have seen most of the lenders’ debt converted to equity.
