Renovo is to axe a third of its workforce as it restructures in the wake of failed takeover talks.

The scar-reduction technology company hopes to reduce costs by 20-30 per cent by cutting up to a third of its 160 employees as an offer from an unnamed company announced in April proved fruitless.
