Capitalia power struggle resumes

Capitalia's internecine struggle resumes today when the board meets to hear again controversial plans to re-order the Rome bank's corporate governance.

The board is scheduled to look at continuing the process of devolving control of the credit process and crucial nominations at subsidiary banks away from head office.
