Bernard Matthews, the turkey producer at the centre of the bird flu outbreak in February, will not face prosecution.

The Food Standards Agency, which investigated storage and hygiene practices at Bernard Matthews’s cutting plant in Holton, said there was “no evidence of any offences”.
