Ballymore sells £7m Docklands flat

Ballymore, the Irish property company, has broken the record for the most expensive flat in London's Docklands with the sale of a £7m penthouse.

The group, which is the largest developer in the area, is thought to have sold the 8,000 sq ft apartment on the 50th floor of Pan Peninsula, not far from Canary Wharf, to an unnamed buyer.
