A food fight has broken out between rival pizza chains Domino's Pizza and Hot Stuff Foods, which could land the companies in an expensive High Court fight.

Hot Stuff Foods, which is based in South Dakota but has been building up a chain of franchised UK outlets over the past decade, is accusing its better known rival of stealing its "Hot Stuff Pizza" tag.
