Terror raid nine handed to Border Agency

Nine men held in connection with a suspected bomb plot have been released by police and handed over to the UK Border Agency.

Theywere arrested during raids by the North West Counter-Terrorism Unit in Manchester, Liverpool and Lancashire on April 8, alongside three others.
