Capital is victim of radio wars

Shares in Capital Radio tumbled yesterday after the company - one of the country's leading commercial broadcasters - lost market share at its core London station.

The shares fell 36p to 435p yesterday following publication of audience ratings showing a decline from 2.34m to 2.11m at Capital FM, its largest station, in the three months to June 30.
