Take-Two, the video game publisher in takeover talks with rival Electronic Arts, reported a third quarter sales boost from its Grand Theft Auto IV title .

Take-Two said sales to July 31 were more than double those of a year earlier - $433.8m compared with $206.4m. Grand Theft Auto IV has sold more than 10m copies, making it the biggest selling game of the year.
