Southeastern Trains, the rail franchisee controlled by GoVia, will give UK rail passengers their first chance to experience domestic travel at more than 125mph later this month with a preview service for high-speed domestic services.

From June 29, the company will offer three trains each weekday morning peak from Ashford International to St Pancras International and three in the other direction in the evening peak. There will also be a shuttle service every half-hour for most of the day between Ebbsfleet International, in Kent, and St Pancras.
