Seoul to simplify rules on flotations

South Korea said on Tuesday it would revise rules governing initial public offerings in the lastest move by Seoul to boost stock market activity.

The Financial Services Commission, the country’s market regulator, said the measures were aimed at making it easier for companies to list, while making it harder for troubled companies to delist.
