Libya’s reformist PM is ousted

The surprise replacement of Shokri Ghanem, Libya’s prime minister with his conservative deputy was greeted on Monday with dismay among Libyan reformers.

But his appointment at the head of the country’s oil industry could make for more effective management of the energy sector.
