Henderson sells 50% stake in retail joint venture

Henderson Global Investors has sold its 50 per cent stake in a European joint venture with Paul Whight, the property entrepreneur.

Mr Whight and business partner Colin Campbell now own the whole of Pradera, a company with 17 out-of-town retail assets worth about €680m (£467m).
