London leads rise in office demand

Occupier demand for offices and shops across the UK is rising for the first time in more than two years, with London leading the recovery, according to a study.

More chartered surveyors are reporting a rise rather than a fall in the main indicators for demand from occupiers for commercial property, suggesting that the moribund lettings market is sparking into life.
