Carphone Warehouse indicated it had continued to take market share from rivals in the broadband market as the telecoms retailer reiterated its guidance for the full year.

Charles Dunstone, chief executive, also said Carphone was on track with its schedule towards the proposed demerger of its two principal businesses, TalkTalk and Best Buy Europe, which it is hoping to complete by March 2010.
