Turn browsers in to spenders

If you are not getting enough business, I have a suggestion: perhaps your website is too beautiful. More specifically, perhaps you have not yet got the hang of Web 2.0.

Having an ugly but effective website is the counterintuitive suggestion of Will McInnes from NixonMcInnes, the social media agency. To make his point, he shows his workshop attendees some websites and asks them to rate them from one (very ugly) to 10 (stunningly beautiful).
