Sir, I was disappointed, but not surprised, to read Ian Limbach's article "VoIP operators need to educate the market" (DigitalBusiness, January 24) outlining the misconceptions that small and medium European businesses have about voice over internet protocol. As a VoIP service provider, it is just such misconceptions we are working to overcome.
