Luxury brands are growing, but the prime locations on which to hawk them are not, a problem particularly acute both in the burgeoning and mature Asian markets.

Shanghai’s Bund, Tokyo’s Ginza and Hong Kong’s Pacific Place are all hot properties that are fiercely competed for by the purveyors of deluxe products, not just watches.
