Kerkorian explores options for MGM stake

The ownership of MGM Mirage, the world’s largest quoted gaming operator, looks set to change hands after Kirk Kerkorian said he wanted to pursue “strategic alternatives” over his stake.

Mr Kerkorian’s Tracinda vehicle owns 56 per cent of MGM Mirage, which operates some of the biggest and best-known properties on the Las Vegas strip, including the Bellagio, MGM Grand and Mirage.
