"Locusts" beware. Werner Seifert, the former head of Deutsche Börse, kept a diary of his turbulent final months at the German exchange and plans to publish a book documenting his treatment at the hands of rebellious investors.
Mr Seifert has teamed up with David Marsh, a former Financial Times journalist who is managing director of the London arm of Droege, the German management consultancy that advised Mr Seifert on the Börse's bid for the London Stock Exchange.
