Poll puts Lula ahead in Brazil re-election race

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Brazilian president, has received a further boost to his campaign for re-election in October from an opinion poll showing him reversing the lead formerly held by the most likely opposition challenger, José Serra of the centrist Social Democracy party (PSDB).
