Tackling nuclear legacy poses formidable challenge

The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, a government body charged with cleaning up nuclear sites, is due today to set out its latest strategy to handle the task.

But while the cleaning-up of decades-worth of nuclear waste represents a sizeable headache for the NDA, it is an attractive opportunity for UK and overseas companies hoping to win lucrative decommissioning contracts.
