UN's oil-for-food aid probe due

The United Nations-appointed independent inquiry into the oil-for-food programme will release its interim findings tomorrow.

While Paul Volcker, head of the commission, warned in January there would be no "smoking gun" in that report, UN officials are braced for criticism.
