One of the UK’s most experienced executive education specialists, Colin Carnall, is to quit Warwick Business School to become chief executive of Cass Executive Development in London. He will join Cass Exec, a separate limited company attached to City University’s Cass business school, on October 1.

At Warwick, which he joined five years ago from Henley Management College, Prof Carnall tripled revenues. At Cass he is planning to grow the business through broadening the range of organisations for which the school develops programmes to develop links with public sector and private sector organisations as well as City firms, and to broaden the type of programme taught to include topics such as leadership development in addition to more technical subjects.
