Hollywood poised for victory on camcorder piracy bill

Hollywood film studios are poised for a landmark legislative victory against piracy, with Congress expected to approve a bill today that would make it a federal crime to camcord a film from a cinema screen.

Passage of the bill would add to a string of legislative successes for business since November's election, following class-action and bankruptcy reform.
