Start-ups seek to cut cost of private jet travel in Europe

The race is on in Europe to test out new business models for low-cost private jet operations.

Undaunted by the difficulties that have beset similar ventures in the US, two groups, Blink and JetBird, are setting out to make private jet travel more affordable at prices up to 50 per cent below those of current operators.
