Aid groups warn millions at risk in Zimbabwe

International aid agencies in Zimbabwe on Friday suspended their operations, warning that millions of Zimbabweans were now at risk of severe hunger.

The move came after the government earlier this week ordered aid groups to stop distributing food in the country, having accused them of meddling in the presidential run-off election between President Robert Mugabe and the opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai scheduled for June 27.
