Personal view: Trust makes outsourcing work

Much has been written about outsourcing and C-level executives who have not made contact with potential outsourcers are in a diminishing minority. In the meantime, there have been cases galore of outsourcing gone bad as well as outsourcing successes.

Over the past eight years, I’ve been heavily involved in insourcing – and subsequent outsourcing – operations.
